Websites staff and customers can actually use

A professional site is not decoration. It should be clear on a phone, possible to update, and honest about what the business offers.

Many business websites fail for ordinary reasons: the phone number is hard to find, the pages are slow on mobile, or nobody on the team knows how to change a sentence after launch. Those are planning problems, not just design taste.

Start with who the site is for. A shop that needs directions and opening context is not the same as a company that needs a customer portal. Ribdigi House designs around that use, then builds corporate sites, e-commerce, portals or web applications when that is what the work requires.

Content readiness matters as much as the template. If product photos, prices or legal pages are not ready, say so early. A realistic timeline includes content, testing and domain or hosting work — not only how the homepage looks in a mock-up.

Maintenance is optional but it is not optional to decide. Security updates, small content changes and performance checks are the difference between a launch and a site that quietly ages. Where maintenance is contracted, we agree the scope in writing.

If the public site may later connect to Ribdigi ERP customer or registration flows, we will only describe that once the relevant APIs are ready. Until then, the website should still stand on its own.
