What to prepare for a Ribdigi ERP demo

A useful demo is not a generic tour. Bring how the shop actually sells, where stock lives, and who needs access — so we can walk the modules that match the work.

A Ribdigi ERP demo works best when both sides can talk about a real business, not a blank slide deck. You do not need perfect records before the meeting. You do need a clear picture of how selling, stock and staff currently work.

Write down the main products or services you sell, how many people take money or issue invoices, and whether you have one location or several. If stock is counted in a book, a spreadsheet or not at all, say so. That is useful information, not a failing.

Think about who should see what. Owners often need reports. Counter staff need sales. A storekeeper needs stock, not every finance screen. Ribdigi ERP is designed around roles and permissions; the demo is the right time to say who does which job.

If something already works — a barcode scanner, a printer, an existing product list — bring it or describe it. If nothing is computerised yet, that is also a valid starting point. We will not advertise a feature in the demo that is not in the product you would actually use.

After the walkthrough we follow up with questions and a practical next step. Submitting the demo form is a request for contact, not a contract.
